Connector, Console, Expert Center, and Admin Center Improvements

This release improves work order synchronization, connector resilience, sensor and occupancy data reliability, entity management, and organization-management workflows.

Soleran

• Fixed work order synchronization so work order numbers reliably carry through and tickets are no longer rejected.
• Added configurable enum mapping options for work orders, including static defaults and conditional overrides.
• Fixed work order location and asset fields not synchronizing correctly to Soleran.

IBM TRIRIGA

• Corrected work order numbers to use the human-facing Work Task ID.
• Improved work order delivery reliability when source data is temporarily delayed.

AiM Asset Management

• Added support for synchronizing work orders and service requests into AiM.
• Improved shop configuration by loading valid shops for each facility during setup.
• Added work order type synchronization and more reliable defaults for tickets originating outside AiM.
• Fixed building filtering so work orders for configured buildings are not dropped.
• Improved handling of floor codes to prevent invalid floor entries.

Nuvolo

• Added a building picker in Poll Settings to control which buildings are included in work order polling.
• Fixed an issue that could cause work orders to be skipped when a selected building had not yet completed import.
• Improved building, floor, and space import efficiency.
• Improved visibility into entity import and merge activity.

Aruba Central

• Fixed device synchronization so access points from all site pages appear in Device Status.
• Restored On/Off telemetry for wireless access points.

Juniper Mist

• Improved telemetry freshness by optimizing device statistics polling to stay within API rate limits.

Airthings

• Improved import reliability and preservation of device location assignments.
• Fixed issues that could cause merged spaces or segments to be placed incorrectly during import.
• Improved relationship accuracy for merged entities.
• Improved batch processing and error reporting for Airthings data migration.

Cisco Spaces

• Improved ingestion reliability by automatically recovering from dropped streams.
• Prevented dropped connections from causing data gaps or duplicate records.

EnOcean Sensors

• Fixed an issue that could cause sensors to show empty readings, restoring live telemetry such as temperature and humidity.

Disruptive Technologies

• Fixed heartbeat reporting so actively online devices show a current timestamp instead of stale activity.

FAMIS360

• Improved synchronization reliability by preventing redundant updates to work orders originating from FAMIS360.
• Improved delivery reliability when work order data is temporarily delayed.

WebTMA

• Improved work order update reliability when source data is temporarily delayed.

Admin Center

• Added role-based organization invitations with tailored landing pages and email notifications.
• Added support for personal access token authentication.

Console

• Restricted organization- and site-level browsing in Explore where those broad queries are not supported, with a clear message shown to users.

Expert Center

• Added an interactive chat panel for working with the rule-generation agent.
• Added persistent chat sessions and conversation history.
• Added session context so agent guidance can reflect labeled and focused items.
• Added the ability to retrieve, list, and manage rule approval status.
• Added a multi-step confirmation workflow for purging an organization's Expert Center data.

Place Mappings

• Added change-history tracking, including the date and type of the latest entity change.
• Improved preview search so short search terms return more relevant results.
• Added safeguards for long-running rules and clearer per-entity rule failure reporting.
• Improved recovery of records missing mapped identifiers.
• Added automatic recovery for entity rows left incomplete by an interrupted merge.

Connector and Platform Improvements

This release expands historical data capabilities, improves work order synchronization, strengthens sensor reliability, and resolves several issues affecting location and connector data.

Soleran

• Added support for sending work order numbers between Mapped and Soleran.
• Added per-field fixed value overrides when publishing work order data.

FAMIS360

• Fixed work order synchronization issues by resolving work order locations to the correct mapped building.

Nuvolo

• Improved Nuvolo location synchronization across buildings, floors, and spaces.
• Fixed an issue that could cause an existing building's site assignment to be lost during import.

Airthings

• Fixed several issues that could cause site assignments, addresses, floor levels, space codes, and other place data to be lost during import or re-import.
• Improved handling of locations that share the same site or floor to prevent merge failures.

Weatherbit

• Extended historical data backfill to support additional time windows.

EnOcean Sensors

• Improved connection reliability for EnOcean sensors and fixed an issue that could leave sensors stuck in a connecting state.
• Prevented sensor mappings and readings from being lost during synchronization.

Disruptive Technologies

• Improved Desk Occupancy sensor reporting reliability and connection stability.
• Fixed a missing connector logo in the setup experience.

IBM TRIRIGA

• Added on-demand backfill to recover service requests missed while the connector was paused or experiencing failures.
• Fixed skip reporting so results reflect only the current run instead of accumulating indefinitely.

Microsoft Graph

• Added space codes for Microsoft Graph rooms, making it easier for facility management systems to match rooms using their existing identifiers.

AVEVA Insight

• Extended historical data backfill to support additional time windows.

Console

• Added support for searching by connector ID in the connector table.
• Fixed "Show all columns" so previously hidden columns display their data correctly.

Location resolution

• Fixed location lookups that could fail when multiple related things were queried together.
• Improved hierarchical location resolution so equipment correctly resolves its space, floor, building, and site.

Connector, Place Mapping, and Admin Center Improvements

This release expands connector capabilities, improves data delivery and synchronization reliability, enhances Place Mappings, and adds organization-management capabilities in Admin Center.

Microsoft Graph

• Fixed an issue that limited place mapping to the first 100 spaces, allowing all available rooms to synchronize.

Azure Event Hub destination

• Improved delivery reliability by preventing stalled requests and automatically recovering after failures.
• Added egress usage data to delivery metrics, providing better visibility into the amount of data sent through the connector.

Airthings

• Expanded the Airthings integration to support device, space, and building synchronization.
• Added guided migration of existing Airthings mappings.

Accruent

• Fixed an issue that could cause booking synchronization to freeze when processing very large or empty polling results.

EnergyCAP

• Added support for gas meters, allowing gas usage and cost data to be tracked alongside electricity and water.
• Fixed an issue where meters added after the initial connector setup were not added to the building graph.

Time-series processing

• Fixed an issue that could cause enriched point data to be dropped in large organizations, resulting in missing-point errors.

Place Mappings

• Introduced a new Place Mappings experience for importing, reviewing, mapping, and provisioning entities from connected systems.
• Added searchable and paginated views for connector entities, migration records, and unmapped items.
• Added bulk provisioning and removal actions.
• Improved mapping validation and handling of duplicate or conflicting values.
• Added automatic removal of entities that are no longer reported by the source system.
• Fixed connector entity listings so complete results are returned when more than 200 entities are available.
• Improved migration and partial synchronization handling so migrated records resolve correctly without requiring a full synchronization.
• Improved handling of list-based property values to prevent entity processing and resolution errors.

Admin Center

• Added organization role and role-group management.

• Corrected building hierarchy processing so sub-buildings are not incorrectly merged into their parent buildings or represented with duplicate floors.

Connector Management

• Connector configuration changes now restart connectors more reliably so updated settings take effect immediately.
• Improved pending-connection error messages by including clearer connector context.
• Reduced repetitive customer-facing connector log updates, making connector activity easier to follow.
• Fixed an issue that could cause the Connectors page to crash when connector information was incomplete.

Admin Center

• Added a secure redirect flow that keeps users signed in when moving between Admin Center and other Mapped services.
• Updated Admin Center components to address security vulnerabilities and improve the reliability of future security updates.
